Fèy Mebratu

(Raven and Moth)

talk talk

Mark Hollis help me, I

can’t remember the difference

between regret and my footsteps

clearly, ringing in the distance.

I sea-star across the floor, contemplating

asexuality as clarity, a rare find

in the city of strangers.

I can’t fix your body, but I can fix

your mind: a lie

a city of strangers is a poet’s paradise
